Lady Smiles from Vienna is DJane, Compiler, Sound Consultant, Radio Show Presenter and certificated Music Business Manager. A natural path because of being a jazzy influenced music lover through and through since her youth.
Her affinity for delicious sounds beyond the mainstream raised up and results in a constant growing selection of own tunes. Finally she took her first steps as DJane in early 2006 and started to spoil the audience of many well known locations in Austria and beyond, although she never appeared as “turntable wizard”. Rather she built up a good name in the international scene, just because of spoiling the highbrow audience with sophisticated, exhilarating music selections, which people hardly find in common radio stations - a cheerful gentle DJane, who spreads finest sounds and uplifting vibes to make the listeners feel good –> simple bringing joy to her audience, which has always been her goal!
She played her sets e.g. at: Cafe Leopold, Strandbar Herrmann, "Sand in the City" / Heumarkt, CapaTosta, Ra’mien, Adria Wien, Mumok, Arcadium at Graz, Baraki Bar / Greece and Rote Bar/ Nuremberg (GE). Furthermore, she was regular dj’ing four years long at the H12 BAR / Style Hotel Vienna. To her clients full satisfaction, she also played at plenty of business events like e.g.: JAM / Fashion fair at Cologne, Vienna Airport AG / Badeschiff, VRMedien-Event / Kursalon Hübner, Munichfabricstart / Fashion fair, Therme Bad Radkersburg / Latin Nght, Premiere party "Rocky Horror Show" / MQ Vienna, Fashion fair party at Kesselhaus/ Munich as for WKN, Hypo Bank NÖ, Bull Verlags GmbH, Eafilm, System Provider, Schlumberger, and many others...
Since autumn 2010 to date she’s repeatedly honoured to pleasure the audience of Vienna’s hotspot "Motto am Fluss" with jazzy grooves, to spread chilled Sunday breakfast sounds at Restaurant Aumann, as you'll sudden meet her heating the dancefloor at discerning events. So far, the leading highlights in Lady Smiles delightful DJ carrer was to play the after show party following the live concert of Nicola Conte Jazz Combo at the E.O.N Jazz Night / Bratislava in June 2011 and to play along with Club Des Belugas on New Years Eve 2011 in Tbilisi/Georgia.
